Vincent F. Wynne, Jr. was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Mandeville High School and Louisiana State University where he received his undergraduate degree. He attended Loyola School of Law and, upon graduation from Loyola School of Law, accepted a position with the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted various criminal charges for eight years.

During this time, he started the Wynne Law Firm, L.L.C. and devoted part of his time to civil litigation. After leaving the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney's Office, he merged his firm to create Wynne, Goux & Lobello, Attorneys at Law, L.L.C. where he represents various clients in matters of family law, criminal defense, construction law, collections, real estate development and transactions, successions and personal injury. In addition, he co-founded Lakeshore Title, L.L.C., a property title company, to assist clients in their real estate transactions.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wynne is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Covington Bar Association, the 21st JDC Bar Association, and the St. Tammany Parish Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Wynne regularly practices in St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Helena, East Baton Rouge, Orleans, Jefferson, and Plaquemines Parishes. He is admitted to the Federal Bar for the Eastern, Western and Middle districts and regularly practices in all three.
